Join us for an uplifting string quartet performance cerebrating the popular form of canon in music and the beauty of counterpoint.
Embracing the spring season, we will feature Haydn’s exhilarating ‘Lark Quartet,’ selections from Bach’s Art of Fugue, Pachelbel’s Canon in D and more.
Hosted by the John H. Vanderpoel Art Association, musicians include Stephane Collopy, Oana Tatu and Brian Ostrega from the Illinois Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as Brian Gaona, principal cellist of Southwest Symphony Orchestra.
